II. Social Responsibility Statement
Our company is committed to complying with national laws and regulations on labor,
health and safety, environmental protection, ethical standards, and other social
responsibilities, as well as internationally recognized standards and applicable
industry conventions. The company formulates policies, production processes, and working
environments that align with labor conditions, health and safety, environmental
protection, and ethical standards, continuously improving working conditions and
employee welfare. The company makes the following commitments in five areas—labor
policies, health and safety, environmental protection, ethical standards, and supply
chain management—and requires all departments to strictly adhere to them.

1. Freely Chosen Employment
No forced, bonded, indentured, or involuntary prison labor is used. Slavery or human
trafficking is prohibited. Employees are not required to pay deposits or surrender
identification documents upon hiring. Overtime work is voluntary.
2. Child Labor
The employment of workers below the legal minimum age is strictly prohibited. The
minimum age for recruitment is 16. Workers under 18 are not assigned tasks that may
endanger their health or safety.
3. Working Hours
The company complies with applicable laws and industry standards regarding working
hours. Employees are not required to exceed legally permitted normal and overtime
working hours. Overtime is voluntary, and all overtime work is compensated in accordance
with legal requirements.
4. Wages and Benefits
Wages provided to employees meet or exceed the local minimum wage standard. Compensation
structures are clearly documented, and employees are granted legally mandated leave,
working hours, overtime pay, and insurance coverage.
5. Humane Treatment
Workers are not subjected to cruel or inhumane treatment. Any form of sexual harassment,
abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, verbal abuse, or threats of
violence is prohibited.
6. NonDiscrimination/NonHarassment
Employment, compensation, training, promotion, job assignments (including overtime), and
termination decisions are based on individual capability and job requirements.
Discrimination based on race, social class, nationality, religion, disability, gender,
sexual orientation, union membership, or political affiliation is strictly prohibited.
7. Freedom of Association
Employees have the right to form, join, and organize unions of their choice and to
bargain collectively. The company respects this right and ensures that employees face no
adverse consequences or retaliation for exercising it. The company does not interfere
with the establishment, operation, or management of such organizations. Union
representatives are protected from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or
retaliation and can access union members in the workplace.

1. Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Machine Safeguarding
Strictly adhere to legal requirements to control workplace hazards and provide a healthy
and safe working environment. Ensure drinking water, sanitation, fire safety, lighting,
and ventilation meet regulatory standards. Conduct hazard assessments for machinery and
provide physical safeguards to minimize risks. Regular health checkups and training are
provided, and health and safety information is clearly posted.
2. Emergency Preparedness
Establish safety organizational structures and emergency response teams. Develop safety
contingency plans and conduct regular training and drills to ensure effectiveness. Equip
facilities with firefighting tools and conduct routine inspections.
3. Occupational Injuries and Illnesses
Implement procedures to prevent, manage, track, and report workplace injuries and
illnesses. Encourage reporting, classify and record incidents, provide medical services,
and conduct case analyses to implement corrective measures and support employee
recovery.
4. Physically Demanding Work
Identify, assess, and control the impact of physically demanding tasks. Analyze labor
intensity and environmental effects on fatigue, and propose preventive measures to
reduce strain and improve safety.
5. Food, Public Health, and Accommodation
Provide clean restrooms, potable water, sanitary food storage and dining facilities, and
safe living quarters with emergency exits, hot water, adequate lighting, air
conditioning, and personal storage.
6. Health and Safety Communication
Provide workplace safety information and training in understandable languages. Display
hazard warnings (e.g., mechanical, electrical, chemical, fire) and encourage reporting
of safety concerns.
